This is to inform both Party A and Party B:

In accordance with the contract signed between Party A and Party B, the Guarantor issues this performance guarantee to ensure the fulfillment of the contract.

The guarantee is as follows:

1. The Guarantor undertakes to fulfill various obligations of Party B during the performance guarantee period as stipulated in the contract, including but not limited to the payment of contractual obligations.

2. In the event that Party B fails to perform its obligations as stipulated in the contract, the Guarantor shall pay Party A the corresponding amount in proportion to the guarantee amount to compensate for any losses incurred by Party A as a result.
