This letter of credit is subject to the International Standby Practices (ISP98), International Chamber of Commerce Publication No. 590. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of this letter of credit and ISP98, the provisions of this letter of credit shall prevail.
Except so far as otherwise expressly stated, this letter of credit is subject to the Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits, 2007 Revision, International Chamber of Commerce Publication No. 600 (UCP 600).
All banking charges under this letter of credit are for the applicant's account. This letter of credit is not transferable.
This standby letter of credit sets forth in full the terms of our undertaking, and such undertaking shall not in any way be modified, amended, amplified, or limited by reference to any document, instrument, or agreement referred to herein, except for the ISP98 and UCP 600, if applicable.
